Yeah, draft analysts are starting to hear noises of teams in the league liking him and raising him up their rankings. Daniel Jeremiah is one of my fav analysts and he had him up to 24th overall on his top 50 prospects this week.
Moehrig, Davis, Tucker, or Darrisaw would be my choices for 1st Round. I think they go OL, but I would rather impact LB or FS as the missing piece of the defense. I think they are afraid top 10 OL gone by the mid-second round.
I think Darrisaw would be hard to pass on at 19, especially given how good of a fit he is with the athletic OL they have in place right now. I think there are probably better LB/FS options on day 2 than there will be a LT. But perhaps they view Charles as the future there and avoid OL altogether. Who knows?
Totally agree, also they seem to be moving more toward a family approach, and I think it is appealing to WFT that he is a local guy who would love to play for his hometown team. Darrisaw would be huge, might not be there though!
I agree with him being a surprise pick as early as 19 and also the team, as per nicki jhabvala of the post, has been interviewing him extensively
Oh really? I didn't know that part. Interesting!
It happened!
Yep! Happy with it?
Another great piece Mark thank you. Not that it matters, but Kiper has him 14 on his Big Board.
