Good to read and see that Holcomb and Davis had solid games. The lack of effort and tackling from the secondary is apparent from the game broadcast, so that group desperately needs to step up.
So, if I want to play out "the glass is half full", the DL is improving, the LBs are improving...so hopefully just one more set to get better?
I was finding myself commenting during the game "I think we have the best 2nd down defense, but the worst 3rd down defense". Can you notice anything in either the play calling or the psyche of the players between the two downs?
