Washington Commanders hire Adam Peters as GM

The Washington Commanders confirmed the hire of 49ers assistant general manager Adam Peters to fill their general manager role. There is a press conference scheduled for 2pm eastern today. I’ll be watching and figured a fair few of you will be watching too, so I thought we could have some reactions in the comments of this post as it happens.

It’ll be interesting to hear him speak and learn his approach to things. I’m sure he’ll do the typical thing of saying many words without giving away any real information, but perhaps he’ll be similar to Josh Harris last week where he’ll at least give some indication of what he’s looking for.

On top of that, I figured I’d take a look at the long to do list facing Peters now that he’s officially the general manager of the Washington Commanders.

Find a head coach
