Friday Q&A + Mock Draft!
It’s time for our weekly Q&A, but I’m also throwing in a three-round Washington-only mock draft.
It’s Friday, so it’s time for our weekly Q&A post. As always, leave any questions, comments or suggestions in the comments section and I’ll be responding as soon as I can.
This week, I’m adding a little bonus. I’ve been playing around with some mock draft simulators as I’ve been getting more familiar with the prospects in this draft class. So I figured I’d do a quick Washington only three-round mock draft for you guys to critique. Here’s the results I got from using The Draft Network’s mock draft simulator:
First round, 19th overall: Christian Darrisaw, LT, Virginia Tech
This one was perhaps the easiest decision for me. The quarterback’s were all off the board, as were the top receivers and Florida TE Kyle Pitts. I was hoping for Darrisaw or a linebacker, but both Micah Parsons and Jamin Davis had gone in the few picks before 19. Darrisaw, as I’ve broke down before, is an incredible athlete for the left tackle position and fits what Washington has built along the offensive line. He’s e…
