Commanders vs Eagles game thread

It’s Eagles week! Yet another good test for Dan Quinn and his Commanders team today. Coming off a tough loss to the Steelers, on a short week with a team battling quite a few injuries against an Eagles team on a five game win streak. All on prime time! In the past, this would have been a recipe for disaster but this is a new era. Quinn would win over any few remaining doubters with a win tonight, but I think that might be a tall order.

We knew going in that Lattimore wasn’t going to make this one. Hopefully with a longer break he will be ready to go for the next game. That means St-Juste, Sainristil and Igbinoghene remain the starting CBs against an Eagles team with a lot of weapons. It will be tough to play man coverage against the Eagles with this unit, but if they opt to keep an extra safety deep and play safer zone coverages, then the threat of Saqu…
