Hey everyone! It feels like it’s been quite a long time between games, but tonight we finally get to see the Commanders second preseason game, which is typically the dress rehearsal for the starters. Washington rested 30 players in the preseason opener against the Patriots and will likely use the preseason finale against the Ravens next weekend to give the guys at the bottom of the roster one final audition to make the team. That means tonight against the Bengals may well be the only preseason action most of the starters get before the regular season. So what are some things to look out for? Here’s what I’m keeping an eye on.
Jayden Daniels
It will likely be the only preseason action we get to see of Jayden Daniels. All reports suggest he’s had a strong camp and is ready to take a step forward in his second year, but tonight he’ll be without top targets Terry McLaurin and Zach Ertz.
